Partnership2Gether Women Leading a Dialogue Visit Nov. 7-10

They touched so many with their stories and warm nature - the Women Leading a Dialogue Partnership2Gether delegation visit was a true success in Fort Worth & Tarrant County! This special delegation consisted of 13 women, all Israeli citizens of different backgrounds, including Muslim, Christian, Jewish, and Druze. Through their stories we gained a better understanding of the complexity and diversity of the region and how these women are taking the initiative to build relationships, learn from each other and make a difference in their community - together.

Thank you to all our community partners:

Congregation Beth Israel, the Islamic Association of Tarrant County, Broadway Baptist Church, Cheryl Kimberling and Adena Cytron Walker of the Multicultural Alliance, Southwest High School, UNT Health Science Center and Beth-El Congregation - it takes a village and you all stepped up in the best way possible!

Thank you to our host families:

Julie and Dick Abrams, Mona and Steve Karten, Sheldon and Phyllis Levy, Linda and Jeff Hochster, Ilana and Kurt Knust, and Alex and Sophia Nason. They had such a warm welcome from you all and savored their last day spending quality time with host families touring the area then a gathering for a final meal.

Thank you to Marcy Paul for your leadership, to all our Partnership2Gether committee, and to all who contributed and connected during their time in our community!
